Marjorie Nilssen is a retired Art Professor from Ridgewater College.

She has over 40 years of experience as an artist and teacher and an M.A. in painting and printmaking from St. Cloud State University.

Marjorie creates art at her studio in Atwater, MN.

Course Description:

Discover how to create one-of-a-kind abstract paintings using non traditional tools.

Students will have two canvases, 16x20, to explore these techniques.

We will spend the day exploring and inventing colors, textures and unique forms.

Please bring 10-15 tools from your kitchen or office junk drawer.

All other supplies provided.
